1. 개요

トキトキ時間割(이하 "본 앱")은 사용자가 주간 시간표를 생성하고 관리할 수 있도록 돕는 서비스입니다. 본 앱은 기기 내 저장(local-first)을 기본으로 하며, 로그인 없이 시간표 작성·알림 등 핵심 기능을 모두 사용할 수 있습니다. 계정 로그인·시간표 동기화·사진으로 시간표 가져오기는 사용자가 원할 때만 사용하는 선택 기능이며, 이 기능을 사용할 때에 한해 아래 3~5절의 정보가 처리됩니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 본 앱이 수집·이용하는 정보와 그 보호 방식을 설명합니다.

2. 기기에 로컬 저장되는 정보 (외부 전송 없음)

본 앱은 아래 데이터를 기기 내부에만 저장하며, 로그인·동기화를 사용하지 않는 한 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다:

  • 시간표 데이터: 시간표 제목, 요일 설정, 수업 시간, 수업명, 교사명, 강의실명, 메모, 연락처 등
  • 이벤트 알림 설정: 알림 시간, 반복 주기 등
  • 앱 환경설정: 반시간 선 표시 여부, 분 라벨 표시 여부, 언어 설정 등
  • 배경 이미지: 사용자가 선택한 시간표 배경 이미지 (기기 내 저장)

시간표 데이터는 사용자가 아래 4절(시간표 동기화)을 켜지 않는 한 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.

3. 계정 및 로그인 (선택)

시간표 동기화 기능을 사용하려면 계정 로그인이 필요합니다. 로그인은 소셜 로그인 제공자를 통해 이루어지며, 본 앱은 자체 이메일·비밀번호 계정을 만들지 않습니다.

  • 로그인 수단: Google, Apple, Kakao(카카오) 계정. 인증은 Firebase Authentication(Google LLC)이 처리합니다.
  • 수집 정보: 로그인 제공자가 제공하는 범위 내에서 이메일 주소, 이름 또는 표시 이름, 프로필 사진 URL 및 제공자가 발급한 사용자 식별자(Firebase 사용자 UID)를 수집합니다. Kakao 로그인의 경우, 서버에서 발급한 커스텀 토큰으로 인증하며 이메일 등 제공 항목은 카카오 계정 설정 및 사용자의 동의 범위를 따릅니다.
  • 이용 목적: 로그인 상태 유지, 동기화 그룹 내에서 "누가 참여 중인지"를 표시 이름으로 나타내기 위함입니다. 본 앱은 표시 이름 한 줄(+선택 프로필 사진)만 프로필로 사용하며 별도의 프로필 시스템을 두지 않습니다.
  • 계정 삭제: 앱 내 설정에서 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 인증 정보와 함께, 동기화 그룹 멤버십 및 사용자가 소유한 원격 데이터가 정리됩니다(4절 참조).

4. 시간표 동기화 (선택 · 프리미엄)

시간표 동기화는 사용자가 명시적으로 켜야만(opt-in) 동작하는 선택 기능입니다. 사용자가 특정 시간표를 동기화 그룹에 공유하면, 그 시간표는 Google Cloud Firestore(Google LLC)에 저장되어 그룹 멤버 간에 실시간으로 공유됩니다. 공유하지 않은 시간표는 기기에만 남습니다.

  • Firestore에 저장·공유되는 정보:
    • 공유된 시간표 및 이벤트 데이터: 시간표 제목·요일 구성, 각 이벤트의 수업명, 시작/종료 시각(및 교시), 교사명, 강의실, 메모, 연락처(이름·전화번호), 색상, 알림 설정 등. 즉 사용자가 시간표에 입력한 내용이 그대로 그룹 멤버에게 공유됩니다(연락처 등 제3자의 개인정보가 포함될 수 있으므로 공유 전 확인하시기 바랍니다).
    • 동기화 그룹 정보: 그룹 이름, 그룹 생성자, 생성 시각.
    • 멤버 정보: 각 멤버의 표시 이름, 역할(소유자/열람자), 가입 시각, 초대 코드.
    • 초대 정보: 초대 코드와 해당 그룹 식별자, 만료 시각(초대 링크 검증용).
  • 데이터 처리 주체: Google LLC(Firebase / Google Cloud Firestore).
  • 공유 범위: 위 정보는 같은 동기화 그룹의 멤버에게만 공개되며, 그룹 외부에는 공개되지 않습니다.

5. 사진으로 시간표 가져오기 (선택 · AI)

사용자가 시간표 사진(예: 손으로 쓴 시간표, 학원·생활계획표, 화이트보드 사진 등)을 선택하면, 본 앱은 그 이미지를 클라우드 AI로 분석해 시간표 데이터로 변환합니다.

  • 전송 대상 및 처리 주체: 선택한 이미지는 Firebase AI Logic을 거쳐 Google Vertex AI의 생성형 모델(Gemini)로 전송되어 처리됩니다(Google LLC). 이미지는 전송 전 크기가 축소됩니다.
  • 이용 목적: 사진 속 시간표 구조(수업명·시간 등)를 추출해 시간표 초안을 만들기 위함입니다. 추출 결과는 저장 전 미리보기로 보여지며, 사용자가 확인·수정 후 적용해야 실제로 저장됩니다.
  • 보관 및 학습 사용 안 함: 전송된 이미지는 추출 처리에만 사용되며 본 서비스가 별도로 저장하지 않고, Vertex AI 정책에 따라 생성형 모델의 학습에 사용되지 않습니다.
  • 사전 동의: 이 기능은 사진이 기기를 벗어나 Google AI로 전송된다는 점을 알리는 1회 동의 절차를 거친 뒤에만 동작합니다. 아동의 생활계획표 사진이 포함될 수 있으므로, 사용자(보호자)는 전송 전 내용을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 사용자가 직접 공유하는 경우: QR 코드, JSON 파일, 이미지 공유 기능 사용 시 사용자가 직접 공유 대상을 선택합니다.
  • 서비스 제공을 위한 처리 위탁: 인증·동기화·AI 분석·분석 통계를 위해 위 각 절에 명시한 서비스 제공자(Google LLC 등)가 데이터를 처리합니다.

9. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

  • 로컬 데이터: 앱 삭제 시 기기에서 완전히 삭제됩니다.
  • 계정 및 동기화 데이터: 앱 내에서 계정을 삭제하면 인증 정보와 사용자가 소유한 원격 데이터·멤버십이 정리됩니다. 그룹을 나가거나 멤버에서 제거되면 관련 사본이 정리됩니다.

10. 아동 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동(「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 기준)을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 시간표에는 아동의 생활계획표가 포함될 수 있고, 사진으로 시간표 가져오기 기능은 아동의 시간표 사진을 클라우드 AI로 전송할 수 있으므로, 보호자께서 자녀의 시간표를 관리·공유·전송하실 때 그 내용을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 보호자께서 자녀가 본 앱을 사용하고 있다고 판단되어 정보 삭제를 원하시는 경우, 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요.

11. 개인정보처리방침 변경

1. Overview

トキトキ時間割 ("the App") is a service that helps users create and manage weekly timetables. The App is local-first: you can create timetables, set reminders, and use all core features without signing in. Account sign-in, timetable sync, and importing a timetable from a photo are optional features you use only if you choose to; the information described in Sections 3–5 is processed only when you use those features. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and uses, and how it is protected.

2. Stored Locally on Your Device (Never Transmitted)

The following data is stored only on your device and, unless you enable sign-in and sync, is never sent to external servers:

  • Timetable data: Timetable titles, day settings, class times, class names, teacher names, room names, memos, contacts, etc.
  • Event notification settings: Notification times, repeat intervals, etc.
  • App preferences: Half-hour line display, minute label display, language settings, etc.
  • Background images: Timetable background images you select (stored on device)

Your timetable data does not leave your device unless you turn on Timetable Sync (Section 4).

3. Account and Sign-in (Optional)

Using Timetable Sync requires signing in. Sign-in is handled through social login providers; the App does not create its own email/password accounts.

  • Sign-in methods: Google, Apple, and Kakao accounts. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).
  • Information collected: Within the scope provided by the login provider, we collect your email address, name or display name, profile photo URL, and the user identifier issued by the provider (Firebase user UID). For Kakao sign-in, authentication uses a server-issued custom token, and the fields provided follow your Kakao account settings and consent scope.
  • Purpose: To keep you signed in and to show "who is in the group" by display name within a sync group. The App uses only a single display-name line (plus an optional profile photo) as your profile; there is no separate full profile system.
  • Account deletion: You can delete your account directly from the in-app settings. Deleting your account removes your authentication record along with your sync-group memberships and the remote data you own (see Section 4).

4. Timetable Sync (Optional · Premium)

Timetable Sync is an optional feature that operates only when you explicitly turn it on (opt-in). When you share a specific timetable to a sync group, that timetable is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Google LLC) and shared in real time among group members. Timetables you do not share remain on your device only.

  • Information stored and shared in Firestore:
    • Shared timetable and event data: Timetable title and day layout, and for each event the class name, start/end times (and periods), teacher name, room, memo, contacts (name and phone number), color, notification settings, etc. In other words, whatever you enter into a timetable is shared with group members (this may include third parties' personal information such as contacts, so please review before sharing).
    • Sync group information: Group name, creator, and creation time.
    • Member information: Each member's display name, role (owner/viewer), join time, and invite code.
    • Invitation information: Invite code with its group identifier and expiry time (used to validate invite links).
  • Data controller: Google LLC (Firebase / Google Cloud Firestore).
  • Scope of sharing: The above is disclosed only to members of the same sync group and is not made public outside the group.
  • Leaving, removal, and deletion: When you leave a group or a group owner removes a member, the client cleans up local and remote copies. Unsharing and deletion propagate to the whole group as a deletion marker (tombstone) so that each member's local copy is also cleaned up. The same cleanup rules apply when you delete your account.
  • Device settings, purchase status, analytics identifiers, and the like are not synced.

5. Import Timetable from Photo (Optional · AI)

When you select a photo of a timetable (e.g., a handwritten schedule, an academy or daily-plan sheet, or a whiteboard photo), the App analyzes the image with cloud AI to convert it into timetable data.

  • Where it is sent and who processes it: The selected image is sent through Firebase AI Logic to a generative model (Gemini) on Google Vertex AI for processing (Google LLC). The image is downscaled before transmission.
  • Purpose: To extract the timetable structure in the photo (class names, times, etc.) and create a draft timetable. The extraction result is shown as a preview, and nothing is saved until you review, edit, and apply it.
  • No retention, not used for training: The transmitted image is used only for extraction and is not separately stored by this service, and per Vertex AI policy it is not used to train generative models.
  • Prior consent: This feature operates only after a one-time consent notice informing you that the photo will leave your device and be sent to Google AI. Because a photo may include a child's daily plan, you (the guardian) should review the content before sending.
  • Data controller: Google LLC (Firebase AI Logic / Vertex AI).

6. Other Information Transmitted to External Services

Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)
  • Collected: App usage events (screen transitions, feature usage statistics, etc.), device information (OS version, language settings, device model)
  • Anonymous identifier: A randomly generated identifier is created at first launch and sent to Firebase. This identifier cannot identify any individual and, when you are not signed in, is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal information.
  • Purpose: App performance improvement and usage pattern analysis

Permissions are only requested when using the relevant feature. Denying a permission does not affect other features.

8. Data Sharing

The App does not sell or share personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Sharing within a sync group: When you share a timetable to a sync group, that timetable/event data and your display name are disclosed to members of the same group (see Section 4).
  • User-initiated sharing: When using QR code, JSON file, or image sharing features, you choose who to share with.
  • Processing on our behalf: The service providers named in the sections above (such as Google LLC) process data to provide authentication, sync, AI analysis, and analytics.
  • Legal requirement: When required by applicable law.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Local data: Completely deleted from your device when the app is uninstalled.
  • Account and sync data: Deleting your account in-app removes your authentication record and the remote data and memberships you own. Leaving or being removed from a group cleans up the related copies.
  • Photo-import images: Not retained by this service after extraction processing.
  • Firebase Analytics data: Subject to Google's data retention policy (default 2–14 months).

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not intentionally collect personal information from children. However, a timetable may include a child's daily plan, and the "Import Timetable from Photo" feature may send a photo of a child's timetable to cloud AI. Guardians should therefore review the content when managing, sharing, or sending a child's timetable. If you are a parent or guardian, believe your child is using the App, and wish to have information deleted, please contact us using the information below.

2. 端末にローカル保存される情報(外部送信なし)

以下のデータは端末内にのみ保存され、ログイン・同期を利用しない限り外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません:

  • 時間割データ: 時間割のタイトル、曜日設定、授業時間、授業名、担当教員名、教室名、メモ、連絡先など
  • イベント通知設定: 通知時刻、繰り返し周期など
  • アプリ設定: 30分ライン表示の有無、分ラベル表示の有無、言語設定など
  • 背景画像: 選択した時間割の背景画像(端末内に保存)

時間割データは、後述の第4節(時間割同期)を有効にしない限り端末外に出ることはありません。

3. アカウントとログイン(任意)

時間割同期機能を利用するにはログインが必要です。ログインはソーシャルログインプロバイダを通じて行われ、本アプリ独自のメールアドレス・パスワードのアカウントは作成しません。

  • ログイン手段: Google、Apple、Kakao(カカオ)アカウント。認証はFirebase Authentication(Google LLC)が処理します。

時間割同期は、ユーザーが明示的に有効化した場合にのみ(オプトイン)動作する任意機能です。特定の時間割を同期グループに共有すると、その時間割はGoogle Cloud Firestore(Google LLC)に保存され、グループメンバー間でリアルタイムに共有されます。共有していない時間割は端末内にのみ残ります。

  • Firestoreに保存・共有される情報:

    • メンバー情報: 各メンバーの表示名、役割(オーナー/閲覧者)、参加時刻、招待コード。
    • 招待情報: 招待コードとそのグループ識別子、有効期限(招待リンクの検証用)。

  • 共有範囲: 上記情報は同じ同期グループのメンバーにのみ開示され、グループ外へは公開されません。

  • 送信先および処理主体: 選択した画像はFirebase AI Logicを経由してGoogle Vertex AIの生成モデル(Gemini)へ送信され処理されます(Google LLC)。画像は送信前にサイズが縮小されます。

6. その他、外部サービスへ送信される情報

  • 収集情報: アプリ使用イベント(画面遷移、機能使用統計など)、端末情報(OSバージョン、言語設定、端末モデル)
  • 匿名識別子: 初回起動時にランダムに生成された識別子をFirebaseへ送信します。この識別子は特定の個人を識別できるものではなく、ログインしていない場合、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報とは紐付けられません。

権限は該当機能の使用時にのみ要求されます。拒否した場合でも、その機能を除いた他の機能は引き続き利用できます。

8. データの共有

本アプリは以下の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に販売または共有しません:

  • 同期グループ内での共有: 時間割を同期グループに共有すると、その時間割・イベントデータと表示名が同じグループのメンバーに開示されます(第4節参照)。
  • ユーザーによる共有操作: QRコード、JSONファイル、画像共有機能を使用する際、ユーザー自身が共有先を選択します。
  • サービス提供のための委託処理: 認証・同期・AI解析・分析統計のため、上記各節に記載のサービス提供者(Google LLC等)がデータを処理します。
  • 法的要求: 法令により要求される場合。

9. データの保管と削除

  • ローカルデータ: アプリをアンインストールすると端末から完全に削除されます。
  • アカウントおよび同期データ: アプリ内でアカウントを削除すると、認証情報およびユーザーが所有するリモートデータ・メンバーシップが整理されます。グループを離れる、またはメンバーから削除されると関連する複製が整理されます。
  • 写真取り込みの画像: 抽出処理後、本サービスには保管されません。
  • Firebase Analyticsデータ: Googleのデータ保管ポリシーに従います(デフォルト2〜14ヶ月)。

10. 子どものプライバシー保護

本アプリは子どもを対象としておらず、意図的に子どもの個人情報を収集しません。ただし時間割にはお子様の生活計画表が含まれる場合があり、「写真からの時間割取り込み」機能はお子様の時間割の写真をクラウドAIへ送信する場合があります。そのため保護者は、お子様の時間割を管理・共有・送信する際に内容をご確認ください。13歳未満(または居住地域で定める年齢)のお子様が本アプリを使用していると思われ、情報の削除をご希望の保護者の方は、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。

11. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーはサービスの変更または法的要件に応じて更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、アプリのアップデートノートを通じてお知らせします。
